Topamax Side Effects

Dizziness, fatigue, and nervousness are some of the most common side effects that have been reported by adults using Topamax. Side effects that have been seen in children include hair loss, constipation, and fever. In most cases, side effects of Topamax are minor, but some problems may need to be reported to your healthcare provider. Seek immediate medical attention if you (or your child) experience chest pain, vision problems, or difficulty breathing.

Topamax Side Effects: An Introduction

As with any medicine, side effects are possible with Topamax® (topiramate). However, not everyone who takes the medication will experience side effects. In fact, most people tolerate it well. If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or can be easily treated by you or your healthcare provider.
