Epilepsy Home > Lyrica 75 mg Capsules

If you have epilepsy, nerve pain, or fibromyalgia, a healthcare provider may prescribe Lyrica® (pregabalin). While Lyrica 75 mg capsules is a common dose, the exact amount will vary, based on several factors, such as the medical condition being treated, other medical conditions you may have, and other medications you are taking.

The recommended starting dose for treating epileptic seizures, fibromyalgia, and postherpetic neuralgia is Lyrica 75 mg capsules, taken twice daily. If necessary, your healthcare provider may increase this amount until your symptoms are under control. However, if you have kidney disease, you may need a lower dosage. Do not adjust the amount you are taking without talking to your healthcare provider first.
