The recommended starting dose for fibromyalgia is Lyrica 75 mg, taken twice daily. If necessary, your healthcare provider may increase your dose, up to Lyrica 225 mg capsules twice daily. If you have kidney disease, you may need a lower dose.
You can take Lyrica 225 mg capsules with or without food. The medication should be taken at the same times each day to maintain an even level in your blood.
