Keppra UsesKeppra is approved for use in combination with other seizure medications to treat partial seizures, myoclonic seizures, and generalized tonic-clonic seizures. The medication has been approved to treat partial seizures in adults and children who are at least four years old, and to treat myoclonic seizures in adults and adolescents who are at least 12 years old. Keppra uses can also include treating generalized tonic-clonic (grand mal) seizures in children age six and older.
