GabitrilGabitril is a drug that is often prescribed to treat partial seizures. While it is not exactly clear how it prevents these seizures, it may work by enhancing the effects of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a brain chemical that is naturally calming. Gabitril comes in tablet form and is taken up to four times a day. Possible side effects include dizziness, weakness, and shakiness.
