Felbatol® (felbamate) is a medication often prescribed for treating certain types of seizures. Specifically, this drug is approved for treating partial seizures in adults and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in children.
 
Although most people tolerate Felbatol well, potential side effects include headaches, insomnia, and constipation. This medicine comes in the form of a tablet or liquid, and is typically taken three or four times a day.
