Felbatol

If you have certain types of seizures, you may benefit from Felbatol. This prescription medication is specifically approved to treat partial seizures in adults and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in children. The drug is available in tablet and liquid form, and is typically taken three or four times a day. Some of the common side effects include headaches, constipation, and insomnia.

How Does It Work?

Epilepsy is a neurological condition associated with abnormal electrical signaling in the brain. These abnormal electrical signals often lead to seizures. This is why epilepsy is sometimes called a seizure disorder.
